Protected Training & Shard Foundations
All new adventurers can enter the Moonglow Academy portal to train core skills up to 80.0 without reagents, in safe rooms before braving the open world.
Arrival & Features
- Protected Zone: Combat in the Academy is non-lethal against practice dummies, crystals and spell targets.
- Reagent-Free Casting: Mage school practice crystals allow casting without consuming precious reagents up to 80.0 skill.
- Magic Resistance Practice: Safely absorb spell damage from Academy runes to raise Resisting Spells up to 80.0.
- Weapon & Combat Dummies: Train Swordsmanship, Mace Fighting, Fencing, Archery and Wrestling directly on dummies.
Training Rooms
The Spellward Sanctuary
Contains 4 elemental crystals. Stand within the meditation circle to practice Magery and Arcanism without consuming reagents.
The Brawler's Courtyard
Automated combat dummies that grant weapon, tactics and anatomy gains up to 80.0 without damaging equipment durability.
The Menagerie Pen
Docile animals for testing Animal Lore and beginning veterinary skills before venturing into wilderness taming.
Graduation into the World
Once your skills approach 80.0, the Academy lessons will slow. Step through the graduation gateway to return to Moonglow or your chosen faction city to continue training toward your 720.0 cap.
